With over 39 museums to choose from, Stockholm is well equipped to ensure all interests within the family are catered for. Ranging from the Museum of Dance to the Museum of the Mediterranean and the Aquaria Water Museum.

A favourite is the The Vasa Museum located on the Galärvarvsvägen coastline. See this beautifully preserved ship from 1628 in a fabulous museum with eight large exhibitions.

Another favourite is the Skansen Open Air Museum was founded in 1891 and features 160 cultural-historic buildings from all over Sweden.
