Collection Information

Your Stockholm Card can be collected from the Stockholm Tourist Office. The
Stockholm Tourist Office is located on the corner of Kungsträdgården, just opposite
the NK department store.

Collections up until 30th August 2010 -
(from September see new collection point below).

No cost. Collect your order from:

New address for redemption.

The tourist office, Stockholm Tourist Centre has a new address from September 2, 2010. The tourist office will be located right opposite to the main Central Station in Stockholm and arrival of Flygbussarna/ Airport Coaches and Arlanda Express train.
At the same time the tourist office at Hamngatan 27/Kungsträdgården is permanently closing.

Please note that the Stockholm Tourist Center will be closed from August 30th at 15pm and re-opening at Vasagatan 14 September 2nd at 9am. However redemption will be possible in front of the Tourist Office even during these days.

Redemption is also possible at the Arlanda Airport see below.

Redemption at Arlanda Airport

We are improving the service for redemption and as of now, Stockholm Card vouchers may be redeemed at Arlanda Airport.
Vouchers may be exchanged at the following locations:

• Arlanda Visitor Center terminal 5
• The information centers in terminal 2 and 4.
