Join a guided walking tour in the Old Town to experience the beautiful historical buildings and learn about the history and founding of Stockholm through fascinating tales and stories about the city. The Old Town is an important part of the cultural heritage of Stockholm, dating back to the 1200s. You’ll be taken along the pretty, narrow alleys, cobblestone streets and through old vaults to really get a sense of old Stockholm.

You’ll also learn about the dark history of the city from the time when the Old Town was a slum, as well as the horrifying history of Stockholm’s Blood Bath…

The tour departs from Stortorget, in front of the Nobel Museum, located in the Old Town. The guide is on site approximately 15 mins before departure. Keep an eye out for a guide dressed in a blue or white t-shirt and/or jacket with the logo OURWAY.
