The card holder is the person to whom the voucher Stockholm Pass was issued. The card holder must date the Stockholm Pass with the date of first use, on the reverse side. The card is personal and non-transferable without the written permission of Stockholm Pass.

The cardholder is obliged to store the Stockholm Pass carefully. In case of any complaint relating to the reservation, the customer must apply directly to Destination Stockholm.

4. Liability
